Ladies at the counter were very courteous and pleasant. Vegetable cream cheese was one of the better I've had in a long time( nice and chunky ) lol. Will definitely recommend and will return :)

Enjoyed my perfectly made bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll and piping hot coffee while watching the friendly and competent staff fill other orders. This is a well run place. Clean, bright and pleasant. Looking forward to making it my regular when I am in the area.

Bagels are my thing and I happen to stop here to get a quick breakfast before a meeting. Bagel was delicious, it was very busy but customer service was nice. My ice coffee was great too.

So strange that they would have two "Bagels and a Hole Lot More" in such close proximity with one another (the other is in Garden City Park). While the bagels taste the same in both places, for some reason the bacon here also taste a little funny. There's always a funk of old bacon grease in my old BEC here. For a little while, I thought maybe it was the type of bacon they used, but having tried the BEC's at their Garden City Park location, there's definitely something off. Other than that, you can expect to get the basics of a good standard NYC bagel joint! The staff is friendly and the service is quick!

I'm actually surprised that the rating for this place isn't better! I've been here a few times and each time, receive great service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I've only had bagels/flagels here and they were great! There is parking in front of the store but there is also plenty of parking in back of the store; with an entrance in the back also.
